All of the pieces are made by Lazy Boy and have been professionally scotch-guarded. We don't smoke and have no pets. The sofa (light floral pattern) is like new because it was in our family room and only used when guests slept over which is about 5 times. The mattress is made of foam and very comfortable. There are arm covers and the warranty is still in effect. It is about 4 years old. The two recliners made of a velvety velour material(burgundy and match the sofa) are about 5 years old and used more often but are in very good condition. No stains, tears or discoloration. They also have arm covers and head covers. We are two seniors who have replaced them with Lazy Boy Leather Chairs. We believe that $300 is a very fair price. The sofa new cost over $900 and each of the chairs were $350.00.
